Cannot say enough good things about Jason and his employees. Highly recommend him….and I am a retired Corporate Facility Director as well as an avid “DIY”.
We tried SuperSod and due to the lack of 4 full hours of sunshine, they declined to quote as they could not “guarantee” the job. The SuperSod lady recommended Grassmaster and Jason as they were an approved installation contractor and did many jobs for SuperSod.
Contacted Jason and worked with him over a 9 month period as Dominion NG was coming to the neighborhood and the lines and install would be brutal as we were on a corner lot. To say it politely, Dominion did make a big mess….so we waited until Mid December to get past the havoc. Jason also recommended and worked with us to reduce the turfed area (and cost$). He also reviewed some of our recent as well as planned drainage and hardscaping plans and we included that in the project, but chose to do them ourselves.
He was confident that our Mid December install would be fine and also said he would help align our all new irrigation heads once the turf was in.
He and crew showed up as scheduled and completed the job efficiently in 3 days. We found a couple of issues with drainage that were not obvious until the turf was in and we had some rain. He sent Zach out to correct as well as to “cover” an area that we changed the border on, after the install.
